Makwere gears up for Matuga by-election

Too many questions. too few answers has always been the case with Chirau Ali Makwere’s political career. After moving to the court of appeal to challenge the decision to nullify his election, the minister appears to be on a campaign trail without waiting for the verdict… and all this coming before the speaker of the national assembly declares the seat vacant.
