You can’t keep missing Brueger and Naughton playing records at Sin Sin every other Sunday. Naughton made me smile, playing the a cappella version of Nas’ “Thieves Theme,” over an instrumental version of George Michael’s “Careless Whispers.” This was no joke. And I ran into a kid from Chicago I used to skate with when he was 10. He’s 19 now and I haven’t seen him since he was writing on walls at the post office on Jackson St., with his grandma hanging out too, nine years ago. Look into Nick’s eyes.

Did you look into his eyes? Don’t be scared. He’s a nice kid from Chicago, but New York, look out. Oh yeah, Justin’s brother Jerry just moved to the city too…
